Approved Wedding Reception Rental Payment

This rental package allows use of dishes, utensils, coffee pots, refrigerators, tables and chairs, ovens/stoves AND use of entire grounds

A signed contract and full payment must be received 1 month in advance to reserve your requested event date(s) and time(s)

• Full amount will be refunded if cancelation is made at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled rental event
• Half (50%) of the fee will be refunded if cancelation is requested 2 weeks before the scheduled rental event
• No refund issued if cancelation is less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled rental event
